Made from original Alphonso Mango.
An Alphonso mango pulp is extracted from naturally-ripened fruit using a pulp extractor and cooked at 90-100 degrees for an hour with constant stirring to reach a thick consistency. Does not contain any added sweeteners, preservatives, synthetic colors, or essence.
Usage:
Can be had as it is or with hot fried puris. Can be used to make mango lassi, cooler, milkshakes, ice cream, desserts, barfi, Aamrakhand, fruit custard, cakes, etc.
